The Book of Lies by Brad Meltzer
Friday, September 5th, 2008Having read all of Mr. Meltzer’s other novels and most of his comic books, I was thoroughly looking forward to his new book, which aims to connect Cain’s murder of Abel with the creation of Superman by Jerry Siegel and Joe Schuster. I wasn’t disappointed at all. If you’re a fan of Superman, if you’re a fan of a good mystery/thriller, if you’re a biblical scholar, then you’ll likely enjoy this book. And then, hopefully, you’ll want to get involved in the action and help save the house where Superman was created.
